API for DoDoCo

* Introduction

  The web application accepts POSTing of ContextObjects to be added to the
  statistics via the SRW Record Update protocol.
  Statistics can be retrieved via HTTP GET.

*** type

  type={publication|scholar|partner}
  
  This is the type of object you want statistics on.
  For download statistics on a publication, use <<<type=publication>>>.
  
*** id

  The id of the publication, scholar or partner.
  
  For download statistics on Tilburg University, use <<<type=partner\&id=tilburguniversity.nl>>>.
  
*** year, month

  Select the timeframe you want statistics on.
  
  If you select a specific year and no month, it will return statistics for that year per month.
  If you select a specific year and month, it will return statistics for that month per day.
  If you do not specify a year and month, it will return statistics for the past few years per month.
  If there is no year specified, month is not allowed and will cause a diagnostic.
