You should define the metadata for your mailing. This metadata contains information about the mailing you wish to send. All information in the form below is required. Information you enter in this page can be changed at a later moment if required. Only once the mailing is submitted for transmission changes will no longer be possible.

It is a good idea to specify a name for the sender. By default we will use your name (as you are logged in) however a different name might be more appropriate. |

If you enter a checkmark in the 'I do not wish to receive replies' box above your mailing will be sent out with the address 'noreply@tilburguniversity.edu'. If you choose to use that option make sure you also mention another way people can contact you in your message. If you enter an email address other than noreply@tilburguniversity.edu, or your own then the given email address needs to be verfied before it can actually be used. Until this verification happens the mailing cannot be submitted for transmission. Verification happens by sending an email to the given email adress with a special link in it. |

You want your message to have a subject. Empty subjects are not allowed. |
Access |
By default you are the only one with access to your mailing however at times you would also want your coworkers to have access to this mailing. In such case select the appropriate group from this dropdown box. |
